We can live our truth based on our present and future aspirations..and yes it takes time, dedication and courage! You get to choose whether your life’s story will set a tone of empowerment or not. Living in truth is a journey and some journeys in life we are able to do alone and at other times we may need assistance. Hello, my name is Vonetta and I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friend's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Howard University. I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), physical/mental disabilities, trauma, pre-marital, and marital enrichment(Prepare and Enrich).

I work with individuals, couples, and families from pre-teen to seniors who are adversely impacted by relationships, illness, injury, disease, trauma, loss, developmental concerns, etc.

Sessions are tailored to your specific needs utilizing proven techniques. Furthermore, insight and utilizing a strength based approach is encouraged, so that you can create an authentic and fulfilling narrative for your life!
